Wind howls into the night;
Darken shadows have come to fright.
Snow like sand drifts around
Coming storm makes no sound.
Then now with blasting noise;
Comes the snow like a giant flood.
Snowflakes fall fast;
Making ground deeper in snow.
More snow become feet;
that once were only mere inches.
Through the night it carries on;
Snow storm angry, cold and forlorn.
